The partnership in ‘Sustainable Well-being in Personalized Education’ was formed based on prior collaboration in a KA1 mobility project focused on professional competencies for truck drivers, electricians, car mechanics, etc… .

Recognizing the need for a more structured approach to reducing early leavers rates, improving diversity and inclusion and the importance of sustained physical and mental health and overall well-being, the partners decided to work together in this Erasmus+ KA2 initiative.

Each partner was selected based on their expertise and previous success in vocational education and training (VET), particularly in addressing challenges related to early leavers prevention, teaching methodologies, student engagement, etc… .

The Finnish partner is highly experienced in Erasmus+ KA2.
The applicant organisation (Atlas College Techniek & Innovatie), Sunne gymnasieskola Södra Viken (Swedish partner) and the Lycée Professionnel Hippolyte Carnot (French partner) are ‘new’ in Erasmus+ KA2.
LIRO Services’ experience in international cooperation ensures effective contribution to this multidisciplinary and intercultural project.

The partners ambition in this ‘Smale-scale partnership’ is to lift their European activities to the next level, using a highly experienced partner in Finland.

Why this partnership works:
– Complementary expertise: Each partner contributes unique skills and experiences.
– Existing collaboration: The partners have worked together before, ensuring strong cooperation.
– Diversity of perspectives: Different countries bring varied approaches to early leavers prevention and vocational training.
– Scalability: The project outcomes can be applied to multiple VET programs across Europe.
